Morning Offering Prayer

O Jesus, through the Immaculate
Heart of Mary,
I offer you my prayers, works, joys
and sufferings of this day,
In union with the Mass said throughout
the world today, For the love of Thee,
for the conversion of sinners and in reparation for the sins committed against the
Immaculate Heart of Mary. Amen.

 
 
 
An Act of Spiritual Communion

'My Jesus, I believe that You
are in the Blessed Sacrament.
I love you above all things,
and I long for You in my soul.
Since I cannot now receive You
sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart
as though You have already come.
I embrace You and unite myself entirely to You;
never permit me to be separated from You.
 

 
 
Act of Contrition

"O, My God, I am heartly sorry
for having offended Thee.
I detest all my sins,
because I dread the loss of Heaven,
and the pains of Hell.
But most of all, because they offend Thee My God,
Who art all good, and deserving of all my love.&
I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace,
to confess my sins, to do penance,
and to amend my life.

 
 
St. Michael's Prayer

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in the battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness
and snares of the devil.
Rebuke him, O God I humbly beseech Thee,
and do thou O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
