Dear Father in Heaven, we praise and glorify you.

We thank you for the great gift of human life and of the family.

We thank you for calling each person into existence and endowing him with an intrinsic worth that no one can violate.

We pray in reparation for all acts of violence by which the dignity of the person is attacked. We thank you for the sacredness that you have given to human life from the moment of conception to natural death.

We pray in reparation for the grave sin of abortion and euthanasia by which the safety of every member of society is threatened. We thank you for the gift of sexuality by which men and women participate with you in your creative life and love.

We pray in reparation for every act of sterilization and contraception which separates the transmission of life from conjugal love. We thank you for the family that flows from the marriage of husband and wife and bears fruit in children.

We pray in reparation for the many sins committed against the family by powerful forces in our world today. We thank you for the responsibility with which you have entrusted fathers and mothers to plan for the upbringing of their children.

We pray in reparation for all those who wish to impose a contraceptive imperialism and interfere with the rights of couples.

Heavenly Father, we entrust to you all the environmental needs of our planet, all of the needs of developing nations, of migrants..

We lift up to you all of our needs, especially Lord, bring us to eternal life through Christ our Lord. AMEN.
