St. Elizabeth was born in 1207 A.D. She was the daughter of King Andrew of Hungary and was the wife of Henry VI of Thuringia and mother of 3 children. After the death of her husband she became a Third Order Franciscan and dedicated her life to serving the poor. St. Elizabeth died in 1231 A.D. She is the Patron Saint of Bakers, Beggars, Catholic Charities and Tertiaries.

St. Elizabeth was born of the Aragonese royal family in 1271 A.D. She married the King of Portugal and had two children. After her husband died she received the Habit of the Third Order of Saint Francis. St. Elizabeth distributed all of her wealth to the poor. She died in 1336 after settling a long family dispute between her son and son-in-law. St. Elizabeth is the Parton Saint of Catholic Charities.

St. Jerome was born in Venice of a noble family. After entering the military he was imprisoned for three years. It is believed that he was released from prison by the Blessed Mother. He then dedicated himself to life of service. St. Jerome founded the Company of the Poor, clerks regular, which was approved by Pope Paul the III in 1540. He is the Patron Saint of Abandoned Infants and Orphans.

St. Ephrem was born in Nisibis to a Christian Family. He was a Syrian theologian and poet and composed Biblical commentaries, Homilies, and Hymns. St. Ephram was ordained a Deacon and exercised his ministy in Edessa and through out the country.

St. John was born in the diocese of Séez in France in 1601 A.D. He found the Congregation of the "Priests of Jesus and Mary" and the Congregation of "Sisters of Our Lady of Charity." St. John died in 1680 A.D.

St. Eusebius was born around the beginning of the 4th century. He was elected as the first bishop Vercelli. He fought vigorously against the Arian Heresy which denied the divinity of Christ. He was exiled along with St. Hillary by Emperor Constantius. St. Eusebius died in 371 A.D.

St. Eymard was born in La Mure D'Isere, France on February 4th, 1811. In 1856 he founded the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament. This Congregation is devoted to the worship and apostolate of the Eucharist as the center of the life of the Church and society. St. Eymard founded the Servants of the Blessed Sacrament, a contemplative women's community. These organizations influenced the founding of the Eucharitic Fraternity for the laity, the Association of Priest Adorers, and international Eucharistic congresses.
